Return/Exchange Policy
At Queen Closet, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We maintain stringent quality standards and strive to deliver premium products. However, we understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. Therefore, we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns.
FEW ITEMS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE/RETURNABLE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FOR ELIGIBILITY.
RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW
- Within 48hrs of receiving your package
EXCHANGE
- We offer exchanges on all our products. Please note that intimate wear products (swimwear and lingerie) and those which are marked as non exchangeable and return in product description will not be eligible for exchange and return.
- Refunds for exchanged items are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 3 months.
- All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags for hygiene purposes.
- Packages not meeting the above conditions will be rejected in quality control and returned to the customer.
RETURN
- Queen Closet offers returns in the form of store credit only, Valid for 3 months.
EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE
- To request an exchange/return, visit our exchange portal: Exchange Portal Link
- Enter your order number and registered email/contact details.
- Select the product(s) eligible for exchange, provide a reason for exchange/return, upload relevant images (mandatory for defective or incorrect products), and choose the refund option as store credit.
- Allow 24-48 hours for your request to be processed.
- Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-3 working days.
- Please ensure to photograph or video the product handover to the delivery personnel as proof in case of disputes.

Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future
Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged rewrite it. - Reverse pickup charges of INR 300 apply for exchanges/return.
- Once we receive the product, after quality check we proceed with your exchange/return request.
- Store credit amount is calculated by deducting the reverse pickup charge from the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For clarification or assistance, email us at customerservice@queencloset.in if your request is rejected before pickup or at the quality control stage.

DELIVERY CONCERNS
- Track your package upon receiving delivery confirmation via email or SMS.
- Notify us within 3 days if your package isn't received despite being marked as delivered. After 72 hours, courier companies may not accept complaints, and we cannot be held liable for delays.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Contact us via email at customerservice@queencloset.in for customer support. Please note, we do not have a customer care number.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ITEM
- Pending orders may be cancelled if delayed past the delivery time, with refunds issued as store credit.
HOW TO RETURN AN EXCHANGE PARCEL
- Ensure all exchanged items are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and packed securely in their original packaging and tags.
- Fabrics or garments without tags cannot be exchanged.
- Include the shipping label while returning the parcel to us.

A) How does the delivery process work?
- Once your order is placed, our system initiates processing immediately.
- Each item undergoes a rigorous quality check before being entrusted to our courier partners.
- We pack your items securely to safeguard them during transit.
- In the event your location isn't serviced by our partners, our team at Queen Closet will personally reach out to find an alternative solution.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
- Our delivery typically takes a minimum of 4 to 6 days.
- Made-to-order products and dependencies at various levels might lead to occasional delays.
- Orders are processed throughout the week, except Sundays and Mondays.
Note: External factors like festivals, adverse weather, or political unrest may further impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and assure you of our best efforts to deliver promptly.
C) Can I track my order?
- Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from Queen Closet containing the tracking ID from our courier partner.
- Simply click on "TRACK ORDER" and input your order number or full AWB to monitor your delivery status.

A) Do you provide shipping all over India?

B) Which locations do you ship to?
- Queen Closet ships nationwide, ensuring delivery to every corner of the country, right to your doorstep.
C) What shipping options do you offer?
- We provide standard shipping, selectable at checkout.
D) Are there any shipping charges?
- Prepaid orders incur a nominal fee is free, applicable across India.
For COD orders incur a nominal fee of INR 250, applicable across India. - ₹500 charge will apply on the customer for return shipping.
Please note: shipping charges are non refundable
E) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
- Absolutely, we do. Pay conveniently in cash upon delivery.
G) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
- Yes, a delivery charge of INR 250.
H) How are orders packaged?
- Your satisfaction is our priority. Each item is meticulously wrapped in sturdy packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
I) Can I modify the shipping address after placing an order?
- Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot modify the address. In such cases, reshipping to a different address incurs a charge of INR 150.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Queen Closet offers international shipping, ensuring our global customers receive the same quality service.
- Taxes and duties are calculated based on your destination and are the customer's responsibility.
- As the recipient, you're liable for any applicable import duties, customs, and local taxes.
- Please note, exchanges and returns are not applicable to international orders.
