Return/Exchange Policy

At Queen Closet, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We maintain stringent quality standards and strive to deliver premium products. However, we understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. Therefore, we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns.

FEW ITEMS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE/RETURNABLE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FOR ELIGIBILITY.

RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW

  • Within 48hrs of receiving your package

EXCHANGE

  • We offer exchanges on all our products. Please note that intimate wear products (swimwear and lingerie) and those which are marked as non exchangeable and return in product description will not be eligible for exchange and return.
  • Refunds for exchanged items are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 3 months.
  • All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags for hygiene purposes.
  • Packages not meeting the above conditions will be rejected in quality control and returned to the customer.

RETURN

  • Queen Closet offers returns in the form of store credit only, Valid for 3 months.

EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE

  • To request an exchange/return, visit our exchange portal: Exchange Portal Link
  • Enter your order number and registered email/contact details.
  • Select the product(s) eligible for exchange, provide a reason for exchange/return, upload relevant images (mandatory for defective or incorrect products), and choose the refund option as store credit.
  • Allow 24-48 hours for your request to be processed.
  • Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-3 working days.
  • Please ensure to photograph or video the product handover to the delivery personnel as proof in case of disputes.
  • Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future
    Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
    If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged rewrite it.

  • Reverse pickup charges of INR 300 apply for exchanges/return.
  •  Once we receive the product, after quality check we proceed with your exchange/return request.
  • Store credit amount is calculated by deducting the reverse pickup charge from the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For clarification or assistance, email us at customerservice@queencloset.in if your request is rejected before pickup or at the quality control stage.

NOTE: NO EXCHANGE/ RETURN ON SALE ARTICLES AND THOSE WHICH ARE MARKED AS NOT EXCHANGE/RETURN IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DELIVERY CONCERNS

  • Track your package upon receiving delivery confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Notify us within 3 days if your package isn't received despite being marked as delivered. After 72 hours, courier companies may not accept complaints, and we cannot be held liable for delays.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

NON-AVAILABILITY OF ITEM

  • Pending orders may be cancelled if delayed past the delivery time, with refunds issued as store credit.

HOW TO RETURN AN EXCHANGE PARCEL

  • Ensure all exchanged items are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and packed securely in their original packaging and tags.
  • Fabrics or garments without tags cannot be exchanged.
  • Include the shipping label while returning the parcel to us.

COLOR DIFFERENCE

  • Please note that colors may slightly vary due to professional lighting during product shoots.
